The VPL baling press is suitable for operations that generate smaller amounts of waste that needs to be pressed into ‘bales’. Almost anyone can operate it thanks to its simple operation. . It comes in two versions with a different amount of chambers. The more chambers there are, the faster the waste is processed, and it also takes care of primary waste sorting. The baling press is most suitable for pressing cardboard and plastic film or plastic packaging materials.

It is most appreciated in factories that generate a small amount of waste. The pressed bales can be stored until there is a greater amount to be collected. The press should preferably be indoors, or outdoors under a roof. The press is supplied with binding material and a cart for transporting bales.

  • press head – the press head contains a hydraulic cylinder with a press plate, a hydraulic unit, a control panel and limit switches ensuring the correct operation of the press
  • tilt mechanism allowing the filling of the chamber

  • a press head that can be manually adjusted above each press chamber. The press head contains a hydraulic cylinder with a press plate, a hydraulic unit, a control panel and limit switches ensuring the correct operation of the press
  • guide rails for adjustment of the press head above each chamber
  • basic accessories – stacking trolley, binding tape – twine (250 m ball), flat PVC tape (500 m ball), tape – 6 pcs
