Mobile press containers with an integrated press unit are designed for the pressing and transport of cardboard, plastic and municipal waste. They come in standard volumes of 16 – 24 m3.
The VSK mobile press container saves time and offers mobility. This press is not permanently installed in one place, so it can be moved as the customer requires. The system of 4 polyamide rollers and a lifting bale bar or drawbar hook ensure easy handling.
The container is closed:
a) with a massive single-leaf door, which can be sealed with a rubber seal preventing the outflow of liquid waste.
b) a flap door equipped with a thick rubber seal that effectively prevents the pressed waste from leaking. This solution is particularly suitable for the pressing of municipal waste.
Pressing cycle (the back and forth motion of the pressing ram) lasts about 55 sec. The total pressing time can be set according to the customer’s requirements.
When the container is 80% full, the yellow light on the main control panel lights up, and when it is 100% full the pressing stops automatically. At the customer’s request, the container can be equipped with a GSM module that sends an SMS alert when the container is 80% and 100%. or a monitoring and remote machine management system.
