Connection container for stationary presses with automatic or manual connection.
The container is equipped with 2 polyamide rollers for easy handling and a lifting bale bar. It is closed with a massive single-leaf door with a ratchet mechanism.
Automatic connection: In the case of automatic connection, it is connected to the press with a sliding closure, which is closed when the container is disconnected from the press to prevent the pressed waste from falling out.
Manual connection: In the case of manual connection to the press, this space is adapted in a network variant, which the operator extends after disconnection, or by a system of rods put in place by the operator during disconnection.
The container comes in two variants with varying volumes. Variants with a fixed and mooving roof.
Mooving roof:
The VPS variant has a mooving roof for the release of pressed waste and easy emptying. When the door is opened to pour out the waste, the roof releases the material and the waste is dumped easily and quickly. The VPS variant is very popular; it speeds up emptying of the container and saves costs associated with the maintenance of the chain wall, which is not included in this variant.
Fixed roof:
In the fixed roof variant, the container is equipped with a chain wall and a rope system that pushes the material out of the container during dumping.
It comes in volumes of 20, 30 and 36 cbm.
